Introduction

    We can transfer your images on various kinds of medium, according to the nature of the image. In general, photographic image can be reproduced on smooth semi-gloss papers, and matte surface or textured paper will be better for oil painting artworks. For most case we use Epson papers and canvas, you can find detail description of each paper from  Epson web site. For reproduction of photograph we suggest using watercolor art paper, acid free fine art textured paper or ultraSmooth paper, for gallary wrap or ready to stretched purpose,  Premium Canvas Matte or acid fee fine art canvans will be used. For performance rating of each paper, please also refer to Epson website. 

    The standard printing size are: 8x10” 9x12” 11x14” 11x17” 12x12” 12x16” 12x18” 12x24” 12x36” 15x15” 15x20” 15x30” 16x16” 16x20” 16x24” 16x32” 18x18” 18x20” 18x24” 18x36” 20x20” 20x24” 20x30” 20x40” 22x28” 24x24” 24x30” 24x36” 24x48” 30x30” 30x36” 30x40” 30x60” 36x36” 36x48” 36x60” 40x40” 40x48” 40x60”. But we do not recommend customer print image using giclee technique for final image size smaller than 18"x20". Because Giclee technique can reproduce original art in great detail, both in color and texture, giclee reproduction also called as museum quality reproduction. Bigger image can show great detail, and that reflects the essence of giclee technique.

    Our price list for giclee printing contains a table of factors, you can claculate the product cost by mutiple the factors with the actual image size, for example, if the factor is 0.039, and image size is 24"x36", that means 0.039x24x36= USD33.70.

    For paper medium, in general we left one inch white border all around, that means a 24"x36" product refer to exect image size, so the whole product will have size 26"x38". For ready to stretched canvas media, we usually  left two inchs white border all around, that means a 24"x36" product refer to exect image size, so the whole product will have size 28"x40". For gallary wrap or ready to stretched products, one inch of mirror image is a general practice, this cost already included in the price list.

   For gallary wrap or ready to stretched products,  please be sure that the main topic in your image, like people of birds,  should no too close to the borders. Mirror option mean that we copy 1" or 2" of your front image borders and flip it to the sides, if people's legs, arms, bird winds too close to the borders, that may also be seen on the sides,   it may cause damage to the beauty of the whole artwork, please check and verify before sending image to us.

    Products can be treated for UV protction and water resistant before shipment.

The price scheme for giclee printing service

Remark:  (1) Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

               (2) Only pieces of arts counted for accumulation, regardless of the size of the image.

               (3) maxium printing size for EPSON Stylus 9880c is limited to 44"x 12', and for 11880c is limited to 64"x18'.

Pilot image

    A pilot image is a sample printing using the same image customer provided and printing to the same media as final products with reduced size, normally the the pilot image's size will be 6"x8" and send to customer by international priority mail. Customer can purchased in advance in order to ensure the quality of the final production. The standard price for pilot image is USD6 plus USD10 for priority mail, the cost of image USD6 can be deducted from the payment for final image printing, sorry for the cost of mail. Usally a pilot image can reach customer hand about 10 working days.

Processing Time

Actually we can print the image immediately after confirmation of the order and payment, for some images it is just like printing documents using your home laserjet, upload the file and print it. But in order to print a high standard image, it need do some size and color adjustment and other setup, so we gurantee that we can finish your products within five workig days, additioanl two days required for delivery arrangement, despite of  the quantity of the printings, more time will be needed if the printings need to be stretched.

Delivery time

Our studio located in China, the delivery time by express service to USA is about 5 to 10 working days. In general we use door to door service so you can have your orders in your hand no longer than three weeks.
